Quotes
Quotes are estimates based on the information you give us and on carrier rates at the time. They may change if the cargo, route, dates or third-party charges change. A shipment is confirmed only when we accept your booking in writing.
Tracking information
Tracking updates and estimated delivery dates are provided for information and may change because of carrier schedules, weather, customs or other events outside our control.
Carriage of goods
Each shipment is handled under the conditions set out in your booking confirmation and the applicable transport documents (such as the air waybill or bill of lading), which take priority over this page.
Restricted goods
You are responsible for describing your cargo accurately and for not shipping prohibited or undeclared dangerous goods. Ask us before booking if you are unsure.
Liability
We work hard to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself.
