How do I track my shipment?

Enter your tracking number (it starts with BOC) on the tracking page. You’ll see the current status, a live map, every scan with its time and the estimated delivery date. You can also turn on email alerts there.

Which countries do you ship to and from?

We ship between and within the USA, the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa and Asia. If your route isn’t obvious, ask us and we’ll confirm what’s possible and how long it takes.

How long does international shipping take?

It depends on the mode and the route. As a general guide, air freight usually takes days and ocean freight takes weeks, plus time for customs. Your quote shows the estimated transit time for your exact route, and your tracking page keeps the delivery estimate up to date.

Do you handle customs clearance?

Yes. We prepare and file export and import declarations, tell you which documents we need from you, and arrange payment of duties and taxes so your cargo is released without delay.

What do you need from me for a quote?

The pickup and delivery locations, what you’re shipping, the approximate weight and size, and when it will be ready. A photo of the cargo or the packing list helps us price it accurately.
