Who we are

Information we collect
- Quote and contact forms: your name, email, phone number, company, region, shipment details and message.
- Email alerts: the email address you enter to follow a shipment.
- Newsletter: the email address you subscribe with.
- Shipment records: sender and recipient details provided when a shipment is booked. The public tracking page never shows phone numbers, email addresses or street addresses, and shows names in shortened form.
- Technical data: a one-way scrambled form of your IP address, used only to limit spam and repeated lookups.
How we use it
To answer your enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and track shipments, send the shipment alerts you ask for, and keep this website secure. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and local storage
The public website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser stores your recent tracking numbers locally so you can look them up again; you can clear them from the tracking page at any time. The staff dashboard uses a single session cookie that is required to sign in.
Third-party services
Some features load content from other providers, who may receive your IP address when they do:
- Map tiles from CARTO and OpenStreetMap, and satellite imagery from Esri, on the tracking page.
- Google Street View, only when you open the Street View tab.
- Photographs hosted by Unsplash.
- WhatsApp, when you choose to chat with us.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and shipment records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax and customs obligations. Alert subscriptions end when you unsubscribe or when the shipment is completed.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above and we’ll respond promptly.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
